Location
Belkzen, Hold of the Orc Hordes 12 is clear on Gastash as the location for Sech Nevali; Secrets of Roderic's Cove 78 suggests Haruka, specifically eastern Haruka. The latter is a Tier 1 source and published more recently, so trumps but the former by PathfinderWiki:Canon policy.
Furthermore, official confirmation for Haruka has been provided here on Paizo's forum by James Jacobs.
