Maidrayne Vox is described as a 12th level human fighter on page 62 of guide to Korvosa but as a centaur of figther 3 ranger 3 and hellknight 2 in the Hellknights! artice on page 62 of What Lies in Dust Takeyabue 22:12, September 25, 2010 (UTC)

The earliest reference to Maidrayne Vox is on p58 of The Skinsaw Murders in a sidebar about hellknights in Magnimar, though it adds no content not already in this article.
