Straggleblock

The Straggleblock within the large town of Kibwe in the Mwangi Expanse is an area with several hundred refugees, exiles, and criminals. They live in a sprawl of leaky, moldering hide tents and shantyhouses.[1] While represented on the Representative Council, its delegate is considered a "beggar prince" and lacks influence over local affairs.[2]
