Soul's Homeland
The Soul's Homeland is a wholly half-elven philosophy that has grown from the race's lack of a geographical homeland on Golarion. Its proponents believe that each half-elf carries one of the seeds for the future half-elven homeland within them, and that all must be nurtured until the time is right for its foundation.1
