Skiver is a thief and companion—and sometimes antagonist— of the alchemist Alaeron. He has a propensity for relentlessly smiling even through inappropriate circumstances, and a knack for juggling and sleight-of-hand tricks. Prior to traveling with Alaeron, Skiver was a lieutenant of Ralen Vadim in Almas.1
