The Shard of Lust is one piece of the Sihedron (also called the Shattered Star) made from djezet, which is a red Skymetal alloy. It's owner can cast a suggestion spell daily. The curse of this shard results in the owner being extremely narcissistic. Additionally the owner is sickened if he has not participated in sexual activity with another creature in the last 12 hours.1
