Rogeif Yharloc (sometimes spelt 'Rogeil Yarloc') is the Lozeri people's champion: a celebrated lycanthrope hunter and member of the Palatine Council of Lozeri. Rogeif was adopted by the Palatine Council as a puppet figure to try and placate the common people. Rogeif himself has little interest in the position, beyond the additional fame it brings him.

Rogeif often hunts werewolves common in the depths of the Shudderwood. While he often frequents Ascanor Lodge, Rogeif also keeps a lodge of his own somewhere near his secret personal hunting grounds. Rogeif rarely hunts mundane animals, viewing them as inferior to his lycanthrope prey and claiming there is therefore little sport in hunting them.
