Regents' Hall

Regents' Hall is the main administrative building in Kovlar and the seat of the Court of Regents. It is located in the Commerce District and contains at least one office for each of Kovlar's ten official guilds. The building also contains extensive legal and financial records, while the basement houses a vault accessible only by the regents themselves. The contents of the vault are largely secret, but are known to include valuable antiques and magic items. Both the private offices and the vault are unlocked using the sigils regents wear as a symbol of their station. Security of the vault is overseen by the Guildmaster of the Guild of Coins, but is enforced by inevitables lead by a kolyarut named Esteldring.
