The xoarian1 sorcerer Ralnisham is the head of the Feasting Hall in High Ilvarandin in the Darklands region of Orv.
He is renowned for his frequent changes of host body and his frequent changes of clothes, and the result is usually stunning. He is a rival of Arena Master Dakreyos.2
