Pilot Island
Pilot Island lies in the center of the Flotsam Graveyard of Absalom. It houses the Absalom Lighthouse, Pilot House, and Harbormaster's Grange.12 The Starwatch has jurisdiction for law enforcement on this island even though it's technically outside of the actual city of Absalom.3
