Othlo

Othlo is a halfling riverboat captain who sails up the Yondabakari River.¹

Personality

Being a local ship captain, Othlo is a good source for information about Varisia and the surrounding area. Othlo does not like the gnome residences of the town of Whistledown after a bad business deal.¹

History

In Gozran, 4707 AR, Othlo ferried Pathfinder Eando Kline up the river from Magnimar to Wartle.¹
