The elf Oluheye Wakeyi is the owner of the Song Emporium in the Katapeshi town of Solku. He has his stall in Solku's First Market selling homing pigeons, hawks, and exotic songbirds, but also birds said to have once been familiars of powerful wizards. So famous is his stall that the First Market is nicknamed the "Song Market" after it.1
