A neshmaal is an evil translucent creature of writhing tentacles that stalks the dark void between the stars and sees all humanoid species as cattle or playthings. Neshmaal are classed as servitor creatures of the Dominion of the Black and are catalogued within the Encyclopedia of Vhaeso's Tears where details of how to summon them are also contained.
