Nakhan

Nakhan is a middle-class neighbourhood that sits next to Ular Kel's more raucous entertainment district Tokbolat. The neighborhood caters to respectable tradespeople and artisans but retains some of its neighbouring district's rough charm. However, Nakhan is relatively free of the thievery that afflicts Tokbolat since it is protected by the Skin Sisters, a secret group of female lycanthrope vigilantes who kill thieves that try to practice their trade within the district.
