Mithral Roots

The Mithral Roots is the name given to a series of mithral-filled caverns that stretches deep beneath the elven kingdom of Jinin. The Mithral Roots play a huge part in the history of Jinin, as it was to these caverns that the elven oracle Jininsiel led her followers while seeking safety after Earthfall. This journey took them centuries, as they came all the way from distant Avistan, but Jininsiel eventually led her people back up to the surface and safety. The lodes of mithral within the Mithral Roots are so vast that they are still being mined to this day ten thousand years later, this is because the elves are careful to take only what is needed to keep themselves prosperous.
