Mekhum
The fishing village of Mekhum is one of a handful of Rahadoumi settlements in the arid lands south of the Napsune Mountains. The village's residents tithe a "drowned ghost" who inhabits the Oath Wars-ruined temple of a long-forgotten god in the marshy outskirts of town.1
