Libruno Osmet is the owner of the prestigious Tower Corybantic theatre in the Karazh capital of Ular Kel. The Tower Corybantic is a not just a single theatre but a series of smaller theatres effectively stacked one atop another, with the highest theatres being accessible only to Ular Kel's most elite residents. As such, Libruno has a surprising amount of social clout within the city.1
