Koeh Lau

From PathfinderWiki

Koeh Lau is a remote valley in the northern Wall of Heaven mountains of Tian Xia. It is thought to be a place of idyllic beauty and contentment, home to a people who live with each other in peace and harmony without the need for laws or government. The truth, however, is much darker, as Koeh Lau is the forbidden domain of a group of vampiric monks, witches, and oracles who oversee the human population like cattle. The vampires allow them freedom during the day so that they may feed on them to their heart's content at night.1
