Ketkalkitrex is a city on the Plane of Water, near its border with the Plane of Air. The city is carved out of an immense iceberg and extends for miles both horizontally and vertically. The city supports millions of inhabitants, primarily ice elementals and ice mephits, as well as a cabal of marids who inhabit a towering spire where one of Baba Yaga's winter collectors is built.1
