Keltheald is an angel empyreal lord whose followers seek out natural wonders, which are believed to reflect the glory of the celestial planes.[1]
History
Keltheald once visited the city of Basrakal, violating the the city prohibition against gods. His arrival inspired a patchwork legion of outsiders to chase him from the city.[2]
