Kanker is a ghast priest of Kabriri who lives in underground warrens that connect tunnels under Paupers' Graves, Devil's Platter, and Sandpoint, among other areas of the greater-Sandpoint region. In addition to being a priest, Kanker has some alchemical skill, having developed a method for transforming dogs into ghoul hounds. He is also working for Tiluatchek on a version of midnight milk that can be put into a town's water supply.

Kanker is responsible for turning the rogue Jediah Kheln into a ghoul after tricking him into removing the protective medallion of Ashava from Paupers' Grave.
