Ilthuliak is a female wyrm black dragon notorious for raiding the River Kingdoms, Numeria, and Brevoy. She relocated to Thousandbreaths to collect on the nymph queen Nyrissa's promises of power and wealth.1

History

Ilthuliak has had a menacing presence within the River Kingdoms and his works include displacing a midnight black roc from the Branthlend Mountains to Talon Peak in the Tors of Levenies,2 and slaying the silver dragon Amvarean.3
