Iffdahsil (meaning monstrous fiend in Elven) is an enormous shoggoth vampire lurking beneath the Black Desert in Orv, in a tunnel heading north. It is feared by all intelligent denizens of the Black Desert, and its subtle rumbling sounds are enough to drive away both drow and urdefhans, who have tried and failed to destroy it for millennia.
