High M'Vania is the name of the Abyssal realm of the demon lord Pazuzu arrayed vertically on the side of the greatest rift in the Abyss. Pazuzu's private 'rookery' is found here called Shibaxet. The vast cliff that is the realm sometimes has plateaux or shelves; on one of these shelves, there exists a vast city. In addition to the cliff, Pazuzu claims for his realm all the depths below and the skies around the vast rift.[1]
