Establishment of a clear magic item categorization policy

Right now we've been categorizing magic items in a fairly haphazard manner without coming to a general consensus on how to best do so. While the guidelines in this help page cover the methods we've been employing to date, I think they could be improved, and when they are, we should update this page to reflect the method we will use going forward. — yoda8myhead 01:05, December 16, 2009 (UTC)
