Marshal Helena Trellis is the unacknowledged head of the Twilight Talons, the espionage branch of the Andoren Eagle Knights. As head of operations, she has no direct contact with agents in the field, communicating with them only through anonymous third parties who move information via clandestine drops. She even avoids contacting other Eagle Knights except in matters of utmost importance and urgency, and only does so anonymously. Even though he will not admit it, Marshal Trellis serves under General Reginald Cormoth, the commander of the Eagle Knights.

Foreign operations

Marshal Trellis and General Cormoth are the only ones who are aware that the Twilight Talons have agents in the governments and militaries of Andoran's greatest rivals, including Cheliax, Taldor, Katapesh, the Shackles, and Nidal.
