Halldorr Byrakson runs the Stephfir Ostlery in the Horn Quarter of the city of Kalsgard, in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings. He owns a particularly brutal stallion, Duskgasher, whose hooves he has sharpened to improve the horse's killing capability in the horse fighting that occurs in the Ostlery.1
