Gasta Weagra is the owner of the Gilded Orrery, a magic shop in Korvosa's exclusive Heights district. A plump woman with gray hair, Gasta is the niece of Toff Ornelos, the headmaster of the Academae, the city's most prestigious school of magic, and rarely sells to anyone not connected with it.[1]
