Garvok was the first wielder and victim of the Sword of Wrath, the Alara'hai of the Runelord of Wrath. A Shoanti gladiator who lived the Age of Legend, Garvok was killed by the intelligent greatsword in -6143 AR, which absorbed his personality in a destructive explosion and thereafter called itself Garvok.
