The demiplane known as the Fleshwarren is a realm seemingly carved from the inside of a gigantic corpse. Planar travel magic into the plane is possible, but only the most powerful spells can transport a person out.1 Those trapped within must survive by eating the plane's flesh, but doing so curses them to be nourished only by it.2
The Fleshwarren is one of the many demiplanes into which the well of many worlds can open into.3
