General Faiza bint Hanif is a jabali1 shuyookh2 and a senior leader in the forces of the Peerless Empire. She is responsible for overseeing the band of mercenaries called the Ungrounded Company and acts as their liaison to the rest of the Peerless Empire's forces.3
