The Deck of Harrowed Tales is a unique minor artifact in the form of a harrow deck that acts as a gate to the Harrowed Realm demiplane. This artifact is destroyed by completing 54 mythic quests, one tied to each card in the deck, and then using a ritual of destruction that the deck reveals to its owner.12
