Cucuy is a rawhead from the Shadow Plane who once served the Whispering Tyrant Tar-Baphon. After Tar-Baphon was defeated and imprisoned by the Knights of Ozem, she fled to Arcadia to avoid their retribution, and has since established a terrifying notoriety in her new home.¹
