Costa Serimus is the proprietor of the Bookmaker bookshop in Korvosa's Midland District. He recently discovered that his prestigious bookshop is built atop an entrance to the Vaults, Korvosa's much feared subterranean levels. Worse yet, something from the Vaults has been getting into his shop.[1]
