Chugarra is an asura rana[1] associated with butchery who temporarily adds portions of the flesh of his victims to his body.[2]
Appearance
Chugarra appears as a skinless, obese butcher who wears a bloodstained leather apron and carries a cleaver-like axe in each hand.[2]
