A cetus is an aquatic dragon of great size, power, and legend.1

Appearance

A cetus is a dragon with the head of a shark and a long, spiraling tail.1

Abilities

While incapable of sustained flight, cetuses can leap astounding distances from water—up to 1,200 feet into the sky. Its bite infuses sea salt with magic and can rend spells, and its presence alone can spread bad luck for those nearby.1

However, stories suggest that cetuses can be petrified, leading to these leaping sea dragons plummeting to the sea floor.1

On Golarion

Cetuses might be encountered in the Arcadian Ocean near the underwater city of Talasantri.23

Known cetuses

Specific cetuses are also known to dwell the waters of Golarion:
