Caera the Blood Bather is a rakshasa immortal with the head of a black-eyed wolf, lacking its skin. Legends say she lost her skin in the battle that won her immortality, though at the cost of needing to bathe in innocents' blood to maintain her body.[1]
Obedience
A worshiper of Caera demonstrates their faith by pouring blood over their face and letting it dry.[1]
