Brior the Unblinking is a powerful black dragon who rules the city of Cadascon in the Drakelands of Triaxus. She views both the free Triaxians of the nearby Skyfire Mandate and her neighboring dragons with disdain, and unlike the other draconic rulers of the Drakelands, she does not associate with humanoids even as oppressed serfs. She shares her city only with drakes and evil dragonkin; the Triaxians in her lands are all slaves who work in the fields surrounding Cadascon and in the mines beneath the nearby mountains, from which unique magical crystals are extracted.1.
