A brazen head is normally shaped as a minotaur head, but could also be of other creatures. These items are commonly found in areas sanctified to Baphomet, where they release an invisible vapor that provides a blessing to evil creatures. Worshipers of Baphomet can unleash additional divination powers of the brazen head.1
