Blue Hesmene is a cruel rusalka who came to the rocky caves of what is now called Hesmene's Grotto about 100 years ago. She emerged from a portal that linked the isle to the First World. Blue Hesmene made the island her playground, luring in sailors and populating it with her discarded playthings. The enchantress has amassed a fortune over the years and hides it in the island's caves.
