A basidirond, also called a mindfrond, is a fungal plant that craves mineral-rich moisture—including blood.1

A basidirond's spores, which coat its tendrils and can be emitted in an invisible cloud, are hallucinogenic.1 An antifungal salve can combat the effects of a basidirond's spores.2

On Golarion

Basidironds are known to roam ruins in the Mwangi Expanse,345 swamps in the River Kingdoms,6 and the tunnels of Kalexcourt in Ustalav.7
