Aspis Consortium (Kibwe)

The Aspis Consortium holds and maintains a defensible section near the western gate of the large town of Kibwe in the Mwangi Expanse, in the Brass Block neighborhood. Most residents of Kibwe do not trust the Consortium, and its presence in Kibwe is minor compared to Bloodcove. Nevertheless, the company has made large investments supporting Kibwe's open markets.[1][2]
