Algernon Munkchuff is the proprietor of the strange Munkchuff's Quay in the Old Vyre neighbourhood of Vise in the City of Masks. A dwarven bard, Algernon is a collector of the strange and bizarre and his namesake Quay is a mixture of freakshow and museum of the strange and occult.1
