Yenchabur was a city-state in central Casmaron that was destroyed by a firestorm.2

Culture

Yenchabur was a place known for a religious association with somewhat religious assassination guilds.3

History

It was destroyed in a great firestorm around the year 4400 AR. Yenchabur's ruler, His Supreme Highness Afanasy Athanasius, led the remnants of his assassin army out of Casmaron, through Brevoy, and into the River Kingdoms, where he founded a new kingdom, Daggermark, based on the Three Precepts of the Assassin: Life, Death, and the Vessel Between (i.e., the assassin). The city's famed Assassins' Guild rose from the ashes of Athanasius's army.2 Many people from various backgrounds now come to Daggermark to learn about the Three Precepts.3

Legacy

As well as the legacy found in Daggermark, today, long after the nation's destruction, many of its descendants continue to be known as great mercenaries and assassins. Nevertheless, they are generally distrusted by the people of Kelesh where a good number still reside forcing many of them to hide their ancestry.4
