Uruskreil, an infernal duke with metal wings, cuts down the weak with his great sword. His terrible armor holds a vision of the divine.1 The Metal Wing rules over his domain in Phlegethon, the fourth layer of Hell, where he oversees one of the plane's numerous forges.[citation needed]
The Hell gigas Kell the Denier serves Uruskreil as a warrior and torturer.2
