The Osogen Grasslands, or just Osogen, is one of three semi-autonomous regions of Minkai, lying in the far north of the country and south of the Forest of Spirits. It is officially part of Sakakabe Province, but actually left to the native Utare and Yumogo barbarian peoples to rule.[1]
