Eel Street

Eel Street is located in the Riverside district of the Chelish capital of Egorian. It is in a run-down part of town near Lake Sorrow, and used to end at the Eel Street Dock. Its most notorious landmark is the group of buildings known as the Goat Pen, headquarters of the crimelord Zandros' Goatherd gang.
