This Evocation spell makes you a much more charismatic person. It forces many people to stop and listen to you, and allows them to telepathically understand you, even if you don't speak in a language they understand. It also makes it hard for them to get the nerve to try to hurt you, and allows you to give out minor commands that those listening may follow, even if they wouldn't normally. [1]
