Arika Avertin is a adventurer originally from Sandpoint, where as of 4724 AR she worked as part of a mercenary group for Kaleb Valdemar alongside Adimar Scarnetti and Chertus Jheed. She previously helped run Sandpoint Savories with her sister Aneka. Their mother, Alma, all but gave up running the store when their brother, sheriff Casp Avertin, was murdered by the Chopper in 4702 AR. Arika's recent decision to leave Sandpoint and become an adventurer has led to arguments with Alma.
