The mysterious Rakehell is the nominal ruler of Duskport, one of the districts of Ilvarandin in Orv. The Rakehell was previously a merchant captain, but little else is known.
Even the Rakehell’s gender is unknown, but he or she has a stream of lovers of many races and both sexes.[1]
